It is time. Not my favorite time but an important time on the farm. We are harvesting our pigs, both last week and this week. This year we have three American Guinea Hog boars to butcher. One down, two to go. It is a very physical task as it is our goal to be as faithful and careful as possible to steward the gift of these pigs. As a result, I will be picking back up next week with the weekly encouragement posts. See you then.
